Breakout Session 2 - Choosing Your Battles
As leaders we're often expected to fit a certain mold based on our positions within an organization or group. What happens when your personal opinions and passions don't always align with the opinions and views of the groups that you are expected to represent? In this breakout session we will discuss how to handle these types of situations and give you the tools and advice on how to best represent the organization and also yourself.
